My mother recommended the Clarisonic because she loves hers but I was still skeptical. After reading several reviews I decided to make the investment and I a VERY pleased. I purchased this "pro" version. I am 36 years old and have had problems with acne over the past few years and have spent all kinds of money on all kinds of products. Prior to getting the Clarisonic I started using the very inexpensive Cetaphil anti-bacteria bar and it works like a charm so I did not use any of the products that came with the Clarisonic. Just using the Cetaphil helped with the acne but my skin was not nearly as smooth and clear as it has been since using the Clarisonic. My skin feels and looks FANTASTIC! I use it once a day and follow up with plain Oil of Olay for sensitive skin. So I'm using the same skin products as I was before,I just added the Clarisonic and I really can tell a huge difference.
