I've used Roux and Swiss-O-Par in the past, and they don't compare to this for cost, shelf life, results, or ease of application. With the other 2, Roux especially, I had to be EXTREMELY careful not to let the applicator come in contact with any skin while applying because it would instantly leave a very noticable and unremovable dark stain. Very hard for me, because my brows are somewhat sparse and my skin very fair. The Godefroy product will leave a slight residue on the skin if it comes in contact, but it is just barely visible and I expect that it will disappear after a couple of showers. I waited two weeks after I dyed my eyebrows to make the review, to see if the dye would fade. It has not faded at all and my eyebrows look perfect. I never thought I would say that. I didn't know how terrible my eyebrows looked until they looked good again. Below are the things I did that weren't included in the instructions to get optimal results.First, this is an excellent eyebrow dye. I like it better than Roux, and you also can't beat Godefroy's price. One reviewer said it didn't work on any of her clients. I'm surprised because a professional should know that everyone is different. Some people are resistant to dyes and exceptions to the general rule should be made. One size does not fit all.
